Hi, I’m Johnanna (John+Anna; name/they)

It’s my passion and privilege to collaborate with mission-driven people and agencies and move beyond systems that keep us stuck in cycles of isolation, frustration, exploitation, and organizational burnout. To get there, I build authentic relationships that center curiosity, mutual learning, and data-informed action.

As a data nerd and bookworm, I specialize in weaving together research, policy, best/emerging practices, and people’s lived experiences to foster real change for mission-driven people and their agencies. Guided by values built on community, equity, and liberation, I wholeheartedly believe that we will always do better, together. So, let’s get to it!
